What Is Protected
Protected content includes, without limitation:
- Artwork, illustrations, poster designs, characters, compositions, edits, and production files
- Product photographs, mockups, thumbnails, banners, graphics, icons, and visual presentations
- ArtAbsurd names, logos, mascots, slogans, brand elements, and distinctive visual identity
- Website text, product titles, descriptions, stories, articles, category copy, and other written material
- Website layout, selection, coordination, arrangement, taxonomy, collections, and database content
- Downloadable files, source materials, metadata, and other digital assets
Protection applies to each eligible element and to the creative selection, editing, coordination, arrangement, presentation, and combination of those elements, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
What You May Do
You may browse the website, purchase products, and share links to official ArtAbsurd pages for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may also use ordinary sharing tools provided on the website, provided that the shared material is not altered, misrepresented, or used as a substitute for visiting the original page.
No other permission or license is granted unless ArtAbsurd provides it in writing.
What You May Not Do
Without prior written permission from ArtAbsurd, you may not:
- Copy, download, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content
- Print an ArtAbsurd design yourself or place it on posters, clothing, merchandise, digital products, templates, or other goods
- Modify, recolor, crop, trace, redraw, animate, remix, imitate, or create derivative material from protected content
- Remove or conceal a copyright notice, watermark, signature, credit, metadata, or other rights-management information
- Use ArtAbsurd content in another store, marketplace listing, social-media account, portfolio, advertisement, promotional campaign, or commercial presentation
- Use automated tools in a way that disrupts the website, bypasses access restrictions, or creates a competing copy of the ArtAbsurd store, catalog, or database
- Use protected content to create competing products or to mislead anyone about authorship, ownership, endorsement, or association with ArtAbsurd
Purchased Posters
Purchasing a poster gives you ownership of that physical copy. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, design rights, source files, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights.
You may display, gift, or resell the lawfully purchased physical poster. You may not scan, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork printed on it.
Trademarks and Brand Elements
ArtAbsurd names, logos, characters, mascots, slogans, and distinctive brand elements may be protected by trademark, copyright, passing-off, unfair-competition, or related laws. They may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement without written permission.
Third-Party Rights
Names, marks, service logos, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not grant ArtAbsurd or any visitor additional rights in them.
Permission and Licensing Requests
To request permission or discuss a license, email info@artabsurd.com. Describe the exact content, intended use, territory, duration, platform, and commercial context. Permission is valid only when granted in writing by ArtAbsurd.
Reporting Copyright Concerns
If you believe content on ArtAbsurd infringes a right that you own or are authorized to enforce, email info@artabsurd.com and include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the protected work or right
- The exact ArtAbsurd URL and a description of the material in question
- An explanation of your ownership or authority to act
- A good-faith statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized
We will review complete notices and take appropriate action where necessary. Fraudulent or knowingly misleading claims may result in legal consequences.
Enforcement
ArtAbsurd may use technical, contractual, platform, and legal measures to protect its intellectual property. Depending on the circumstances, this may include evidence preservation, access restrictions, marketplace or hosting complaints, takedown requests, demands to stop the infringement, recovery of losses or profits, and legal proceedings.
Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.
